The Sheldon Street Lodge is a small, quaint and quirky old west boutique motor lodge in the heart of downtown Prescott, Arizona — "Everybody's Hometown" — two short blocks from the Historical Courthouse Plaza and Whiskey Row. Formerly the Historic Navajo Lodge, lodging has existed on this site since 1907; the current structure dates to the early 1940s and opened as the Navajo Lodge motor lodge in 1965. Today it is a family owned and operated motor lodge with big "Old West" hospitality and charm, where guests park right outside their guest room door and relax on the old west boardwalk and porch with views of Thumb Butte and Granite Mountain. Rooms are rustic yet uniquely elegant, each individually decorated, with modern conveniences available across the street at The Depot Marketplace. Guests can walk to antique stores, boutiques, cafes, museums, saloons, galleries and theaters, and are a short drive from lakes and trails.
